just give us the customer names and we will do it for you.
Step 1: After you have finished the job, we will send the customer an sms feedback request straight away.
Step 2: If the customer responds positively either with a Yes or a score of 8/10 or higher, we will ask them for a review request via Google Reviews.
Step 3: If the customer sends a negative response, we will send this to you straight away so you can follow up, fix the problem then do a feedback request again
Step 4: We will follow up with the customers who don't leave feedback, so that they do overtime.
